What this means for you:
When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
I/We agree that by submitting this loan application to ElevationLoans, all of the following will also apply: (a) ElevationLoans and its agents may monitor and record telephone calls regarding this loan application and, if approved, a loan to me/us to assure the quality of service or for other reasons; (b) I/we expressly consent to ElevationLoans and its agents use of prerecorded/artificial voice messages, text messages and/or automatic dialing equipment while processing this loan application and, if approved, the servicing or collecting on a loan to me/us, as the law allows; (c) I/we agree that ElevationLoans and its agents may take these actions to contact me/us using any telephone number(s) that
I/we provide in this loan application or in the future, even if the number is for a mobile telephone and/or using the number results in charges to me/us by my/our mobile service provider; and (d) I/we agree that if I/we provide an e-mail address in this loan application or in the future, ElevationLoans and its agents may contact me/us by e-mail regarding this application and, if approve, a loan to me/us, notwithstanding the fact that e-mail is not a secure means of communication and that there is a possibility that a third party may see the e-mail, and I/we represent that any e-mail address provided is my/our e-mail address alone. After entering into a loan agreement with ElevationLoans, I/we acknowledge
that I/we can at any time opt-out of the communications described in this paragraph by calling or writing to ElevationLoans and, as applicable, its successor or assignee to the interests in my/our loan agreement, and asking to stop using electronic means to contact me/us.
I understand that by providing my wireless telephone number(s) and/or email address(es) now or in the future, I expressly consent and agree to the use of recorded/artificial voice messages and/or automatic telephone dial devices that may contain my non-public information. My consent and agreement covers the use of these contact methods to call or send text to the wireless telephone number(s) and to send text or email messages to the email address(es) I provide to you, for which I may incur a charge. My consent and agreement includes, but is not limited to, the transmission of information related to my loan application, such as my bank verification, via text message.
